Jane Park, Of Counsel

Jane  draws upon her diverse experience as a litigation attorney to counsel  corporate clients on a wide spectrum of legal issues relating to their  business. She regularly works with internal business teams and in-house  counsel to find the optimal approach to commercial and licensing  transactions. Jane has negotiated and drafted agreements, including  product supply, development, and software as a service (SaaS) contracts,  to mitigate legal risks and secure key objectives for clients.

Jane  obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from  Stanford University and her J.D. from New York University School of  Law.
